DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
DELIVERY
This Site is only for delivery of products to customers within Namibia. We make conscious efforts to deliver goods within the estimated time set out on our Site. However, delays are rarely unavoidable due to unexpected circumstances. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated times where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.
You agree not to hold us liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in this policy if the same is entirely or partially caused whether directly or indirectly by situations beyond our reasonable control.
Receiving Your Delivery in Windhoek
- All Deliveries in Windhoek are FREE. However, this does not include Omeya, Finkenstein, Brakwater, Elisenheim and other locations outside +10km of Windhoek)
- Please ensure that you or an authorized representative, who is a responsible person, is available to accept your order at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available.
- On delivery, we require you or your authorized representative to sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt.
- Any person other than yourself who receives your order at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf.
- Should no-one be available at the delivery address specified by you at the time of the delivery, our driver will return the products to store. We will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for redelivery. Should no-one still be available, we reserve the right to charge a delivery fee should it be required under these circumstances.

Monday-Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday 8:00am – 8:00pm
Sunday 8:00am – 8:00pm

All orders placed after delivery hours will be delivered the following day.
Receiving Your Orders Outside of Windhoek
- Deliveries to towns outside Windhoek are dispatched with NAMPOST COURIER at a standard fee of N$50.
- Your delivery should arrive at your designated town and Nampost Pickup Point within 2 (TWO) WORKING DAYS. This includes public holidays, Fridays and Weekends.

- As we have outsourced all deliveries outside Windhoek, we cannot be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred because of any acts or omissions of the courier.
- When the courier company delivers your order, you have the right to inspect your goods. If upon inspection you find that the item is damaged or is not the item you originally ordered, you can refuse the delivery. At your request, the right goods will be replaced and redelivered to you at no extra cost.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your every purchase from Mons Gadgets & Electronics. If in the 6 months within which you received your goods, you find that they are unsafe or have a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to return the goods without penalty. At your discretion, Mons Gadgets & Electronics will replace the failed, unsafe or defective goods, OR credit your account or refund you.
As stated above, this warranty relates to defects in material or workmanship. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from:
- Drops
- Installation Failure ( e.g. screen protector application)
- Daily wear-and-tear
- Intentional modifications
- Items not sold by us
- Misuse or mishandling of the product
- Theft or loss of the product
Please ensure you return the original packaging, manuals, and accessories to process your return, accompanied by your digital receipt from Mons Gadgets & Electronics.
