Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer delivery within Windhoek as well as courier services for customers located elsewhere in Namibia.
2. What charges apply to delivery?
A standard fee of N$50 applies to orders within Windhoek. Orders exceeding N$300 qualify for complimentary local delivery. For destinations outside Windhoek, courier charges will apply.
3. What is the estimated turnaround time for orders?
Within Windhoek, orders are generally fulfilled within 2 to 3 hours. For nationwide shipments, the usual delivery timeframe is 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed over weekends will be processed from Monday. Should you require an urgent delivery, we kindly ask that you communicate this with us in advance so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
4. May I return a product if I change my mind?
Returns are not accepted in cases of change of mind, incorrect selection, or items no longer required. Returns are only considered where a product is found to be defective.
5. What is the allowed return period?
Any return request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and must be supported by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
6. What happens if my item is defective?
All defective items are subject to inspection by management. Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or repair, depending on the nature of the item.
7. Which items are not eligible for return?
Items that are not eligible for return include gift cards, applied screen protectors, earphones or earbuds, clearance merchandise, and special order products.
8. Are refunds available?
Approved refunds will be issued strictly to the original method of payment. Cash refunds will only be processed where the original transaction was made in cash.
9. Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers ranging from N$500 to N$20,000. Customized voucher options are also available upon request. Kindly contact us for further assistance.

We are located at Shop 31, Maerua Mall, Ground Floor, Windhoek, Namibia.
11. What are your operating hours?
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 09h00 to 19h00, Saturday from 09h00 to 17h00, and Sunday and public holidays from 09h00 to 15h00.
