1. General Returns
All sales are final unless the item is defective. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in undamaged packaging.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or unwanted items.
2. Defective Products
Defective items will be inspected by management. If confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or repair.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid exposure, power surges, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
3. Packaging Condition
Items returned with damaged or missing packaging may be refused, charged a restocking fee, or accepted as open-box at a reduced value.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, applied screen protectors, earphones or earbuds, clearance or promotional items, and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Gift Card & Voucher Policy (IMPORTANT)
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may only be redeemed for in-store purchases and must be used within the stated validity period. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Cash refunds apply only if the original payment was made in cash. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions.
7. Management Rights
Management reserves the right to verify items, refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, and amend this policy at any time without notice.
